The challenge
Pulse Gym was managing three locations, class schedules, and membership renewals across spreadsheets and a legacy booking tool. Staff were spending hours each week on admin and members were churning during sign-up.
Our approach
We designed a single member portal with class booking, plan management, and automated billing. Staff got a simple admin console with the metrics they actually look at, and we wired everything to Stripe for predictable revenue reporting.
The result
Member onboarding now takes under two minutes. The team reclaimed roughly twelve hours a week of admin time and renewal rates moved up across every location.
