The challenge
Ember & Oak had a beautiful dining room and a website that did not reflect it. Reservations relied on a third-party widget that felt clinical, and the menu was a PDF nobody updated.
Our approach
We built a photography-forward site with a live menu CMS, native reservation flow, and online ordering for pickup. The design borrowed from the restaurant's interior palette so the brand felt continuous from the street to the screen.
The result
Reservations through the site overtook the third-party widget within a month, and the team finally updates the menu without calling us.
